Understand NeoRouter Domain

A NeoRouter domain is a virtual network that connects a NeoRouter server and multiple NeoRouter clients. Each domain has a unique name registered to the central domain server managed by the NeoRouter team.

When a user logs into the NeoRouter Network/Configuration Explorer, he/she enters the domain name in the "log on to" dialog. Then the NeoRouter client software, with the help of the central domain server, can locate the user's domain and complete the log in. Here we use a method similar to the Dynamic DNS services (


Dashboard is a website ( that allows domain admins to view its status and manage the info.

If you forgot the domain name or password, you can also recover them using the dashboard.
