 Post subject: Can’t access to NeoRouter server (active in Dashboard)

I installed NeoRouter Free on Ubuntu server, and configure the domain, the Virtual Server on my ADSL modem successfully. Dashboard reports port is open (Green) and the NeoRouter Server is active.

I cannot connect to the NeoRouter Server from any computer (including the server itself) by using domain or public IP . However, I can connect to that NeoRouter Server by using the local IP from a same LAN computer.

Please help me this.
